We would be delighted for you to try our laboratory! We accept cases via a local delivery service, via UPS, USPS or FedEx, or digitally via 3Shape Communicate and DDX.
SENDING US A CASE LOCALLY
We use a local pickup and delivery service for our clients located in Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia. If you would like a pickup from your office, please call the lab at 410-363-6233 and we will gladly arrange a pickup for your office.
SENDING US A CASE VIA MAIL
We work with offices all over the United States! If you are not local to our lab but would like to work with us, you can send us cases via UPS, FedEx or the USPS Mail. We pay one way for mail. Another option is for us to create a UPS label for you and send it to your office via fax or email. Please feel free to give us a call at the lab with any questions 410-363-6233.
SENDING US A CASE DIGITALLY
We also have the necessary technology to accept and design files received from all digital impression systems. If you have a TRIOS intra-oral scanner, you can go to us.3Shapecommunicate.com and we can connect. If you have a 3M True Definition scanner, you select Best Dental Studio as the lab. We are registered with 3M and the scan will be facilitated through 3M to our laboratory for design and milling of the final restoration. If you have an iTero scanner, you can upload the file onto MyAlignTech and choose to send it to Best Dental Studio.
We are able to accept any other open intra-oral scan. Please contact us to find out more information about how to send us a case.
MEETING YOUR PREFERENCES
We ask each new client to fill out a Doctor Preference Form so that we can be sure that the restoration we create meets your expectations. All of our technicians have access to these forms and utilize them when crafting every restoration that leaves our laboratory.
